Exchange Policy

At Vicci, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As we prioritize the integrity and safety of our products, we do not offer monetary refunds. Instead, we offer a straightforward Exchange Policy allowing you to swap your purchased item for another product, size, or style.


1. Exchange Eligibility Window

• 14-Day Limit: You have a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date you received your item(s) to initiate an exchange.
• Proof of Purchase: All exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.


2. Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:
• Original Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
• Tags and Packaging: The item must have all original tags attached and be in its original packaging (if applicable).
• No Damage: The item must be free from any damage, stains, smells, or signs of wear.

3. Non-Exchangeable Items
We strictly cannot accept exchanges for items that are damaged, soiled, or show any signs of use or wear. This policy is in place to protect the hygiene and quality standards for all our customers.

4. Exchange Options (Replacement Only)
Vicci only offers product-for-product exchanges; we do not process financial refunds. You may exchange your item for:
• A Different Size: The same item in a different size.
• A Different Product: A completely different item.
